Rebates are offered on A and B listed tracks only.

Rebates are paid on a daily bases on total action win or lose.

"No rebate will be given on cancelled wagers refunded due to a scratch.

Win, Place and Show wagers that pay $2.20 or less are not eligible for a rebate. "

On Horse Racing, the maximum paid by PlatinumSB on any given day to any customer is $200,000.

Before you confirm your ticket please be sure that you have made the correct wager. Once it has been confirmed you are totally responsible for your wager. Check your plays right after you have submitted them.

We offer wagering on the following:

Win, Place, Show, Quinellas, Exactas, Trifectas, Daily Doubles, Pick 3 and Pick 4.

Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time. Only wagers confirmed are accepted. Any wager posted after the race has started will be canceled by PlatinumSB at any time. In the event of system error PlatinumSB has the right to cancel any and all past posted wagers.

Wagers can only be cancelled 5 minutes prior to post time and only over the phone.

There is a maximum net profit on each individual race for each client based on the track category.

All the tracks not listed as A or B are automatically listed under C. Please note that the categories are asigned by PlatinumSB based on the track's size and record.

Specifying Horses and Races

. Horses are identified by saddlecloth number, not by name.

. The customers are responsible for their selections of both horse and race numbers.

. If a horse is coupled with one or more horses and you bet on any of them, your bet is on all the horses running as part of the entry. If a part of an entry is scratched and a part of the entry runs, all wagers have action. There is no "must go" action as part of the entry. If one of the entry horses runs, all wagers and bet types have action.

Scratches

On wagers where a horse is scratched, PlatinumSB will use the official payout results posted by the track.
Win/Place/Show
All parts of your wager involving a scratched horse will be refunded.
Exacta/Trifecta/Superfecta/Quinella
A refund will be used for all parts of your wager involving a scratched horse.
Daily Double
If the first leg of your ticket is a loser; the entire ticket is a loss.
You will receive a consolation payout if the host track offers one where you have a scratched horse in one leg and have a winner in the other leg.
There will be a refund on:
All combinations that include the scratched horse if there is no consolation payout.
Your horse is a scratch in the first leg.
If you have a winner in the first leg and your horse is a scratch in the second leg.
Pick3/Pick4
All grading will be based on the track rules.
If any leg of your ticket is a loss, your entire ticket is a loss.
You will receive a consolation payout if the host track offers one when the at-post favorite wins the race and all the other legs of your ticket are winners. If there’s no consolation payout and all the other legs of your ticket are winners please contact our Customer Service department for your refund on all combinations that include the scratched horse.
Coupled entries
If one of the two horses is a scratch, your ticket will still have action on the running horse. A refund will only be given if both horses are scratched.
The player is responsible for understanding the host track’s rules in regards to scratches and consolation payouts.

PlatinumSB will adhere to all host track payouts as accordingly graded.

 

Horses Match-ups Rules:

1. The winner of a match-up will be determined by the highest placed finisher involved in the match-up. At least one horse must finish for the match-up to be graded.
2. In any horses match-up, all horses must go for wagers to have action.
3. Match-ups are determined by horse name. Any track coupling or entry is irrelevant towards determining the winner of a match-up.
4. In match-ups between one named horse and the Field, wagers will have action if and only if the named horse starts. Scratches of horses in the Field will not affect the standing of the wager.
5. No rebate will be paid for Horses Match-ups

*Horse wagering over the telephone will only be available during office hours. Our office hours are from 9am ET and untill the last game or half time goes off the board. For races that go off after that time you can place the wagers on-line only.
